This is just a short note to thank you for the expertise and support you have given the Cozart plc group over the past few years.

Since floating on AIM in 2004, the Cozart group has grown and changed significantly both in the UK and Europe. Having now ourselves been acquired, there are yet more changes ahead but I feel confident and comfortable in the knowledge that you will be there to assist me in ensuring that the group’s changing insurance requirements continue to be met in the most suitable manner.

I particularly appreciate the personal level of client service that you have offered – day and night! It has made a significant difference to me personally to know that you are on the end of the ‘phone or an email.

Following the acquisition of Cozart, my role has formally changed to that of Group Financial Controller for the acquiring company, Concateno plc. I look forward to continuing working with you as we both get under the skin of the new enlarged entity!
