If the car is driveable...
You'll be required to submit an estimate with a completed claim form. Provided a claim form's been completed you may give the repairers your own instructions (on behalf of the Insurers) for work to proceed.
MANNINGUK asks that you let us know as soon as you can when the vehicle is going in for repair – it's a great help to us if you let us know at least five working days in advance.
If the car isn't driveable...
You'll need to arrange for immediate removal to (or collection by) the nearest competent repairer, the cost of which will be included in your claim.
We then ask that you IMMEDIATELY CALL MANNINGUK with details of the location so that an inspection can be arranged both quickly and effectively.
