If we are unable to resolve the problem we will provide you with information about the Financial Ombudsman Service. Full details of our complaints procedure can be found in the policy wording.
Using our complaints procedure or referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service does not effect your legal rights.
Claim Information
For accidents in the United Kingdom
• Call 01491 578 759 - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
No Claim Discount
What's covered?
• If no claim has been made during the current insurance year, a discount to your renewal premium will be allowed in accordance with our No Claim Discount scale.
Emergency Treatment
What's covered?
• We will pay for Emergency Medical Treatment as required by the Road Traffic Act.
Accidental Injury
What's covered?
• We will pay the amounts shown in your policy if you or your spouse or civil partner are injured.
Medical Expenses
What's covered?
• Medical expenses up to £250 per person incurred by you or your passengers as a result of an accident involving your car.
Personal Belongings
What's covered?
• Loss or damage to personal belongings up to £100 while they are in your car. £200 for children’s car and booster seats.
• No cover for loss or damage to money; securities, jewellery, mobile telephones or goods, samples of business equipment in connection with any trade or business.
Foreign Travel
What's covered?
• The minimum cover required by the compulsory insurance laws of EU Countries and certain other countries.
• Policy is extended subject to certain territorial areas, see policy document.
Audio / Visual Equipment
What's covered?
• We will provide cover in respect of loss or damage to Audio Visual Equipment – see Policy Document for limits and excesses.
Legal Costs
What's covered?
• At the Underwriters’ discretion – refer to your Policy Document for full details.
Third Party Cover
What's covered?
• Your liability to others including damage and injury.
• Your liability to other people as a result of an accident
involving the insured car.
Limits
Third Party Property Damage limited to £20 million.
Windscreen
What's covered?
Repair or replacement of windscreen or window.
Excesses
£50 excess applies if windscreen is replaced by Autoglass.
£NIL excess for repair using Autoglass.
£100 for repair or replacement using any other repairer.
Fire and Theft Cover
What's covered?
Loss or damage to your car by Fire or Theft or any
attempted theft.
Exceptions
This policy does not cover Loss or damage if keys are left in or on the Insured vehicle.

Excesses may apply – refer to your Policy Documents.
Damage to your Car
What's covered?
Damage to your car and its fitted accessories up to the car’s market value or Agreed value whichever has agreed
with underwriter.
